Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments to identify concerns and goals

• Develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans

• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients and their families

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic client care

• Document client progress and maintain detailed case notes

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities

Role Requirements

• Current Behaviour Support Practitioner ID

• External supervisor in place

• Valid ABN or ACN

• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

• Proactive networking and business-development mindset

• Trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware practice

• Alignment with Yellowbird values—no ABA methodologies
